General Terms and Conditions
1. Reservations
To confirm the reservation, the guest is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price within 7 days from receiving the offer or reservation confirmation. Otherwise, Partner Agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.
2. Remaining Amount
The remaining amount of the total accommodation price must be paid in advance or on the day of arrival.
3. Reservation Cancellation
The guest may cancel the reservation at any time. In such cases, the following deposit refund policy applies:
If the guest cancels at least 30 days before the arrival date (excluding the 30th day) – the deposit is fully refunded.
If the cancellation occurs within 30 days before the arrival date – the deposit is non-refundable.
Note: The arrival day is not included in the cancellation period.
4. Deposit Refund
When applicable, the deposit will be refunded exclusively to the same bank account from which the payment was made, within 30 working days from the date of the cancellation request.
5. Changes and Special Cases
In case of exceptional circumstances (e.g. force majeure), individual arrangements for date changes or refunds may be made at the discretion of the agency.
